How do I repeat meter changes

I want to repeat a pattern where the fourth bar of every 6 is in 2/4, but all the other 5 bars are in 4/4.

How can I copy the meter changes?

First Select none then open up the Meters dialogue (Alt + Shift 6) and select the existing meter changes (or insert them if necessary).

Then Edit | Copy Special and when the dialogue box appears, only select Meter/Key Changes .

Once that is done, move your NOW to when you want the meters to be copied to.

Then edit | Paste Special.  The Meter/Key check box should be checked, hit OK and you're done.
