How do i upgrade my x1 from studio to producer?

I want to download the producer upgrade from the store. it keeps saying before i can buy the download i have to validate it? I dont know how?  my download should be the $199 right?

    depends which country your in.. select your region first.. then login.. or just login..

    you need to login first.. thats how it knows you own the product your upgrading from.. if your not doing that, then maybe thats the issue. As their prices change depending on what you own / don't own already

    ive got my login and all that but it doesnt show that i own x1 studio. ive registered it and everything. what would be the next step after registering. the upgrade from studio to producer is 199 right

    You should call support. The last time I have some problem with an order, I wrote, but didn't get a reply for few days.. so I called and problem is fixed immediately.
