How do we identify audio files being used in a given cwp?

So i am working on a project that i have cleaned up and removed some tracks and takes.  I also have several cwp files that i have made along the way for back-stepping if required due to pilot error or a bug that gets into a given cwp.
As a result i have a project folder full of lots of audio (and cwp) that i no longer use.
At this point, i am about to open my cleaned up cwp and write down a list of all the audio clips i am still using and delete the audio that i no longer use in the project - and then go into the 'audio' folder and remove the audio (not on that list) that i am no longer using.
Is there an easier/better way?  For example - is there a 'report' page in an open project with the meta data on clips actually in use?

Not sure which version of Sonar you are using ? . . . but there was a tool for this called Cakewalk Audio Finder, which was in the Utilities menu. It was helpful to find "orphaned" audio files that are no longer associated with any projects.
See if you have that anywhere on your system.

Isn't this what the Clean Audio Folder function is for?

As pointed out, saving the project to a new folder with per-project folders enabled is the easiest way. Alternatively, CWAF Tool (Cakewalk Audio Finder) will show you what project uses which audio files and vice versa; it's far more flexible and powerful than Clean Audio Folder. Clean Audio will only get you what you want if there are no alternate versions of project anywhere on the system that reference the files not used in the current project, and you'll have to wait for it to search the whole system for such projects.
