How do we know CbB received our bug report?

I used "Submit a Request" to report a bug in CbB. https://help.cakewalk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new  I didn't receive an notification that it was received and see no way I can visit my bug report to see if it is in progress. Am I missing something?

Should I instead use the Feedback loop - problem reports forum? http://forum.cakewalk.com/Problem-Reports-f77.aspx  Or use both?

AFAIK, there is no feedback unless support contacts you. The couple of times I engaged support they got back to me within a day or so. But my requests were pretty simple.

I do not know how often anyone from BandLab looks at the problem reports area on this forum. My guess is not very often.
