How do you Split a Stereo Track into 2 Mono Tracks?

How do you Split a Stereo Track into 2 Mono Tracks?

Hi everyone,
 
I've googled for this and checked the forums, but can't find how to do this in Music Creator 6.  I have a stereo track that I want to split into 2 mono tracks - how you do this?

    Bounce to tracks and choose 2 mono tracks as output?

    StudioCat > I use Windows 10 and Sonar Platinum. I have a touch screen.
    I make some videos. This one shows how to do a physical loopback on the RME UCX to get many more equalizer nodes.
