How do you close ALT views when using a smaller screen?

Having this issue on a smaller laptop screen. So I slect ALT 3, or 6 or 8 and thats fine the screen opens, but becasue of the small laptop screen I cannot access the little x at bottem left to close the view. No matter how much I drag the top lines of a viw screen it neve goes high enough to access the X. The only thing I can do is close SPLAT and restart it to remove these views. Is there some sort of qwerty key combo that can achive this?

Also tried running in full screen mode and it makes no difference.

You can click Alt+F4 to close the window in focus?
Alternatively, you can double click on the SONAR header and drag the upper left or right corner to make it smaller.  If you still can't see the bottom of the SONAR window, click drag on the header and move it up and resize until you can.
