How do you get help?

I posted a question on the forum and did not get any response. 
I sent the question to cakewalk....no response.

Is it best to just call cakewalk and not send emails??  
Then again, is it a waste to even post here???? lol. Prolly so.

    Generally they take about 2 or 3 days to get back to you, wait a week maybe.

    Sell by date at 9000 posts. Do not feed.
    @48/24 & 128 buffers latency is 367 with offset of 38.

    I have an average of two days response time, which too me is not too bad considering the amount of customers they must. have. My suggention: Put in a question to Cakewalk and then post on the forum.

    And to CakeAlex; I was looking at your sig - you had IT removed? That must've hurt!
