Hi Trevor
Jamz'or is right on the money, just follow the screenshot below in the Edit View Window, you need to first select the clip you want to reverse.
Left click in the clip to select it, then right click to open the drop-down list of options that appear - left click on 'Reverse' will reverse your clip.
If it's just part of a whole track you want to reverse, you'll have to isolate it from the rest of the track - to do this you need to Split at the start and at the end of the passage you want to reverse.
To do this place the cursor over the first point in the track to split - left click to select the exact place [use the zoom tool for extra accuracy if you need and turn off the 'Snap to' button in the menu bar], then right click to get the options again and select 'Split' from the list. Do this for the other end of the selection and you'll be left with the piece you want to reverse - just follow the tip above to reverse it.
Hope this helps - if you need a better screenshot, let me know and I'll get you one done at home.
Good luck
Steve
PS - Don't worry about what Pete's on about, he probably doesn't know himself, he's a toidi etelpmoc!! [Seriously, Jamz'or offers to help out forum members by mastering their songs - as Petey's never even recorded one yet, he won't need the service! Have a listen to some of the stuff Jamz'or's helped folk out with in the Songs forum - very impressive]
