Nothing. The vintage channel strip and the vocal processor seem to work fine for that.

I wouldn't pay anything. Software De-essers have a tendency to dull the entire upper frequency range so I just do it manually with envelopes or do a proper take. ;)

Here's what I would pay for though ....

I'd pay $14.95 for a simple, well coded, pitch correction module. A Pitch and Formant knob and that's it. Let the Smart Tool handle the rest. ;)

I'd pay $19.95 for a simple, well coded, tempo/pitch module that I could throw in the Pro Channel on the master bus. One knob for Tempo and one for Pitch that controlled the entire project, wav's and synth's just like the DAW who shall remain nameless. ;)

The more I've thought about this the last few days since the new upgrade announcements, the more I've made up my mind that I would never pay more than $19.95 for a module, so I'm afraid I have a bit of bad news for the eStore.

how long until the prochannel just BECOMES the Vintage Channel?  We're halfway there.
I have secretly challenged myself (tho haven't yet taken myself up on it) to mix an entire song with the Vintage Channel on every track.
The Mackie C4 maps to every parameter (there are TONS) and I thought  this would really make me get used to where everything is.  Then I could use the VC and the C4 like they were a single piece of hardware.
This entire line of thinking was inspired by the fact that the ProChannel is NOT a VST and therefore WONT MAP!!!!   it makes me want to cry.

LOL - That reminds me of the rather childish, but funny game I've played a few times (usually in a pub) of replacing the 'l' in walking with an 'n' and making sentences up with said word. Extremely funny game to play, or at least it is after several pints.
