How to Beat Map/ click track in sonar X1 LE...

Hello All,
 
Had some difficulty making beat maps/ click tracks in Sonar x1 LE for some reason...
 
-All I'm trying to do is map out a song with exact tempo changes so I can plug it into pro tools and start recording there...

    You so not say what the problem is so it is very hard to help you.

    If you are starting a project from scratch it would be better to do this is pro tools.
