How to Group Lane Behavior Across Multiple Tracks (in a folder)

Problem: Every new take means a plus sign click for each track and pressing the "arm" button for each track.
I was expecting the ability to group these tracks and just perform the gestures once (like I can with Arm, Mute, etc.).

Quick Group behavior does not include gestures performed on Lanes
Group behavior is not possible (it is not an option when I right-click on the control).

The session:
Three tracks of French Horn.  Multliple takes.  I start with Take 1 lane for each section of the piece and work my way down so I don't end up with a cascade of 20 Lanes by the end of the song.
With the prior versions of SONAR we could consolidate lanes so this would not be necessary.

Am I missing something?
Is this a feature request?

Thanks!

Steven

Take Lanes are a mixed blessing. I think the only common experience that folks are having is that it requires a change in workflow.

I started out liking them, then as I realized how they work, I hated them. Now I'm kinda back to liking them - with some reservations.

(For example, I'd like to have the option of hearing my previous takes whilst recording a new one. I don't understand why this wasn't a strongly prioritized use-case... but other folks don't have a problem, so... perhaps it's just me.)

Anyway, I don't believe Take Lanes work like Tracks in many respects, and Quick Group behavior would be one of them. I think your expectations are "wrong", for want of a better word.

So, I think this would be a feature request.
