How to Split repeat a track every 16th notes?

How to Split repeat a track every 16th notes?
I remember watching a tutorial about transients and preserving the pick attacks by split repeating every (16th)
Sonar has Split repeat in (1) measures ,so what's the best way to do this?

I don't know an easy way to do this for an entire track, but it's not hard for a clip.
    1. Open the clip in the loop construction view and set slices every 16th note (threshold = 0).
    2. Go to Preferences > Editing and choose "Right portion" for "Selection after Single Split."
    3. Return to the track view and click on the clip. Hit Tab, then S, then Tab, then S, etc. until you've split at all the 16th notes.
You can do this because hitting tab steps through the transient markers. This technique has a lot of other uses. The tip "Percussivate Your Parts" in "The Second Big Book of SONAR Tips" covers this topic in detail.
