How to add a plugin folder to cakewalk?

Hi folks,
Still a newbie to Cakewalk, have got Cubase elements but want to get basics of cakewalk as well.
How I do add a plugin folder to cakewalk so that it can scan and use any of the plugins I have on my computer, or do I have to copy them all over to the cakewalk folder?

Many thanks
Joe

Add the path to the plug-ins to the "VST Scan Paths" in Preferences > Files > VST Settings.
