How to add gain to a single channel on a stereo WAV file

I recorded a stereo mix.  However, the gain on one channel seems to be lower than another channel.  Is there a way to increase gain on one channel so that both channel is at the same level?

Turn the pan control in the direction of the lower channel. Turn just enough to balance left and right as observed on the meter.

Then turn up the input gain control or volume slider to bring the level up on both left and right.

Alternately you could do it with the "Channel Tools" plug-in by increasing the gain on the low channel only.

Thanks Mike.  I actually figured out by using Process->Apply Effect-->Audio Effect-->Then Righ Channel
