How to automate Battery Tune Knob?

Hallo everybody,
 
i tried hard to automate the Battery 3 tune knob of my in battery loaded Basedrum.
 
normaly iam easily able to automate stuff via an envelope line, the controller assignment, or in the rack view thru the remote controle.
 
When i try to assign a midi keyboard knob i get no effects shown that i could assign to, but i get this possibilities to assign to:
 
#001
#002
#003  and so on till #127.
 
why isnt the tune knob shown as a possibility to assign to?
