How to change text color for effect name in fx rack in console view?

How to change text color for effect name in fx rack in console view?

Hi,
 
When I change the text color for the effects name in the fx rack in the theme editor it changes in the track view and inspector view but not console view. Does anyone know how to change the color in console view?
