How to clean MIDI-Devices?

I have plugged in and plugged out my keyboards several times (USB-Devices):
Edirol PCR-M1 and Akai MPD32.
Now cakewalk lists 3 Edirol PCR-M1, and 3 Akai MPD32. But I only have one of each.
The device-manager of windows sees only 1 device. So ist must be a problem in X1. Sonar does remember the devices, I have plugged in and out.
How can I delete this MIDI-devices?
(Sorry of the bad English).

by deleteing your aud.in file and letting sonar make another one on its own.
first you need to uncheck these devices.

    Windows 8.1 X64 Sonar Platinum x64
    Custom built: Asrock z97 1150 - Intel I7 4790k - 16GB corsair DDR3 1600 - PNY SSD 220GB

No, deleting the aud.ini-file (or any other *.ini-file) does not work.
I found the strings (for example MIDIIN2) it in the windows-registry. Deleting the keys in the registry and restarting windows works.
    Thank you.

MIDI port info has always been stored in TTSSEQ.INI, and still is. I think the registry entry determines what you see in the MIDI Devices dialog, and TTSSEQ.INI determines what you see in the MIDI I/O dropdowns in SONAR.

Hi, guys! I have this problem- with cakewalk pro audio 9 can hear music by playing midi file, but with x1 producer and sonar 7 can`t. the problem seems to be that i don`t have midi devices. But the problem that bothers me is that- why in cakewalk pro audio there are midi devices, but in other versions there aren`t? please if someone has an idea to share it! thanks a lot :)

P.S. I want to point that i have already tryed with the TTSSEQ.ini file and nothig. I campared it with pro audi version and added the miising or different info in it.

I believe multiple versions of the same device results from plugging said device into different USB ports..
