How to combine several clips in a track to a single clip?

Is there a way to combine a bunch of clips in a track into a single clip? Like if I do a lot of slicing, copying, pasting, moving of several tracks, then want combine all of those tracks into a single track (so i can, for example, apply a single clip effect to it) how do I do that?

I'm talking about for both MIDI and audio clips.

Thanks in advance

It's called bounce in Sonar and should be covered in the manual better then I can explain it.

    Sonar 7 PE
    Windows XP Pofessional (SP3)
    MSI K8N Neo4-F
    AMD Athlon 64 3500+
    2 GB PC 3200 Ram
    RME Fireface 800
    Edirol FA-66

And can you do this to MIDI clips as well? I will look up "bouncing" on the manual...

Yes. In the Track view, select the clips and then choose Clips > Bounce To Clips from the Track view menu.
