How to configure BCF2000 for Sonar ?

I was using BCF2000 with Sonar X1 several years back. Now I use Sonar Platinum and I plugged the BCF2000 to my workstation. I see a " P - 1 " in the BCF display panel. I see Sonar lists the BCF ports in the devices section. I added BCF entry to the Control Surfaces section and I see tracks getting highlighted. But I am not able to control anything in Sonar through BCF.When I move the faders, BCF displays numbers from 1 to 127 but the volume control in Sonar is unaffected.

Apparently some initial setup might have to be done. There was a "blade tutorial" that was available back then when I used BCF with Sonar X1. I see those links are not working anymore. Does anyone have instructions on how to get this working with Sonar Platinum.
Thanks in advance !

Mackie emulation mode on the BCF2000 with the Mackie control surface driver/dll

Saw some posts about how it's broke in splat but haven't verified.

Hopefully "Azlow" will see this and post.  He is the "guru" on the BCF2000.  I think he even has a driver he developed for this.

However, I don't recall doing anything special other than adding the Mackie for the BCF2000 I had (its gone and has been replaced by the newer X-Touch so I can't look at exactly what I had).

Perform a search in these forums for BCF2000 Tutorial.

I did one several years ago when I had one,

Blades did a tutorial years ago when he had one, as well as some others too.

Thanks everyone. Got it working. Just had to press a specific button while turning the BCF on, to enable mackie control mode in which Sonar operates. Found the instructions on the Behringer website.

The help file in Sonar also provide instructions on using Mackie Mode for the BCF2000 in Sonar.  That file was so helpful to me as a new BCF000 user.  I think you had to access it from the Mackie configuration  in Sonar by hitting F1 while there.

Well - on one hand, I'm sad that you were not able to find the info you were looking for on my site.
On the other hand, I thank you for exposing that my domain has some kind of problem with Godaddy which I have now resolved.

So - if you are still looking for some info that might be relevant to using your BCF2000 with Sonar, here's the link to the first and second parts of the video tutorials I did - not that they are necessarily as usful as they were at the time I made them...

Sorry for any inconvenience this caused you! :P

And thanks for the domain heads-up (which was bogus, but is now fixed, nonetheless)
