How to convert GM drums to AD2 Drums?

I want to use a GM file in SONAR to generate a song.  The drum track is mapped to GM drums.  When I change the output to the AD2 track and use the AD2 drum map, the drum notes of course do not match, e.g., the Closed HiHat maps to a crash cymbal in AD2.  What is the best way to remap ;the notes to play correctly in AD2?  I have been trying to compare the GM map to the AD2 map and moving notes to the correct drum in AD2.  This is tedious and error prone.  What other method could work?

A process can not be understood by stopping it. One must flow with it and become one.

There is supposed to be a GM Preset in AD2 that you can load.

    - Click the ? icon in the top right corner of AD 2
    - Choose Map window in the drop down menu
    - Choose GM from the drop down menu in the top left corner of the map window

The GM map in AD2 is a bit weird. They substitute open hits for rimshot hits and sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. As a general rule, it mostly works. You can change the hit's triggered by dragging the type of hit, left of the keyboard, on to the keyboard. You can experiment and just keep hitting cancel until your comfortable making the changes.
