How to convert tracks to audio

OK, another "newbie" question here from me.  Sorry.   I've been working with X1 for a while now and have produced some very nice music.  Now what?  I'm ready to upload them to a site or produce a CD and can't for the life of me, remember nor find the method to do this.  One might think that finding the answer to this question would be easy.  I simply forgot how one does this simple task.  Please help.  I've used only the synths and sounds from inside Sonar, and a wondrous collection they are.

Sorry for the dumb questions, folks.  Bear with me.

Select the MIDI track AND the Audio track of each synth and 'bounce to track' under track menu.

Thanks.  Nice.  Was able to select all tracks and do this at once.  Thank you.

    Also,

If you want to just bounce a clip, not the entire track, select the clip first, then the midi and audio tracks, then bounce to track
