How to do a smooth Ritardando/Rallentando in Sonar?

I am finishing off a string piece (MIDI) in Sonar which needs to end in a gradual slowing down (Rit/Rall).

I can change the tempo gradually at various bars but I wondered if there was a better way to achieve a smooth and natural sounding slow down?

Thanks
ZT

It's OK I answered it myself.
Couldn't find Ritardando or Rallentando in the reference guide but I found it under Tempo.
I'm using View - > Tempo to draw the tempo change.
