How to edit midi notes duration on control bar like a 8.5?

In sonar 8.5 , i can edit midi notes duration on control bar ,how about  sonar x1?

    Not sure what you mean by control bar, but note properties in X1 can be changed by double clicking on the note rather than right click as it was in 8.5.

    Apologies if this isn't what you're asking.

    The "Event Inspector" is not visible, but it's available - only if you turn off a bunch of other Control Bar modules so you can see it.    I don't understand why they did this.

    But you can now use the "inspector" (type "I" on your keyboard) to adjust many things as well.

    It's not as convenient, but such is life.

    Thanks  ba midi, i invisible the Event Inspector,now i turn it on and turn off another tools , because my LCD monitor is 19 inch size ,cannot show all the tools.
