How to get my multi-dock in my new display config?

Hey guys,
I recently went from two side by side 25" displays (TV on right display and multidock on left) to a 42" in the middle and one of the 25" in the upper right of it (and adjusted the display config to indicate the change).
My issue is that when I open an older project and undock the multidock Platinum still thinks my multidock is off to the left so I can't see it.
I temporarily rechanged the personalize/display settings to the old configuration (side by side) and can see the multidock on my 25" display in the upper right but is there a way to get Platinum to learn my new configuration (I really don't want to change my settings for all my older projects and then have to switch back when doing new projects).
Thanks very much,
Randy
