How to jump to an specific track
I have a large project with more than 40 tracks. Every time I want to go to an specific track, like track 18 (piano track) I have to make visual search and click on this track or use the Track Management (M key) and click number 1 in my keyboard many times to go to this track. Is there any way to create a keyboard shortcut to go to this track with just one shortcut key?

Use Track Folders.
Put all your drums in one folder, guitars in another, keyboards in another.
Expand/collapse at will to make navigation simple, quick & painless

what does clicking number 1 do?
btw, you know you can use page up/down, yes?
I do agree it is sometimes quite cumbersome navigating up and down thru tracks. I've got a circa 2000 video card and mouse/keyboard and have wondered if I'm missing anything as far as navigation/scrolloing goes with newer video cards and meece and keyboard (the one you type with).
FWIW, I use a macbook for everything else and the way the touch pad works is phenomenal. (one and 2 fingers, expanding/collapsing etc)

Do you have a mouse with a wheel? You can spin that wheel and get to it pretty quickly.

To use the mouse is what everyone does and is the most intuitive method, but certainly not the fastest.
Grouping tracks into folders is also used, but still depends on the mouse.
I imagine it would not be so difficult for developers to create a keyboard shortcut to go to a certain track, as keyboard shortcuts are available in Sonar.
For example, when opening Track Manager (M) I can quickly type, for example, the number 12 and track 12 is automatically selected, but only on the track manager.
If it were possible to track manager allow the focus to jump off this track, a simple shortcut would be such a sequence of keys "M +12 + Enter ".

Be really cool to be able to go to the track name instead of the number. When you have 60-70 tracks I don't remember what's where very well.
Like Cntrl "N" "Trp1" and zap, your there on track 29 trumpet.

A shortcut would be best, same for markers!
But page up/down works pretty quick too
