How to open Synth rack on the right of the screen?

Hey there.
There supposed to be synth view on the right side of the screen. Once in a while it changes to Folders view. I can insert synth from there but I need the rack view. Some time it is half way opened under the Browser, some time it is not there. Now I need to delete synth, I click on everything and that view would not open. Please, help. Thank you.
PS: I inserted new synth and it opened, but how do I open it without inserting another synth? Thank you.
