Have you tried using the MIDI pan control on the MIDI track? If you have and it wont work you can use the audio track pan.

ilovesonar Hi,How to panning the vsti track to be L(-20) R(+60)? Thanks! Are you talking about a stereo or a mono track. One track can not be panned both left and right. You can pan it either 20% left or 60 % right, but you can not pan anything -20 left, because that would mean panning to right, according to my understanding. Panning a stereo track 20%left and 60% right means slightly cutting the middle of the stereo field. I don't have the Channel Tool that is included in X1. Maybe that gives you such possibilities. If I'm just confused, ignore me :o/

If you have a centered track (0) and pan it 20% left you still can hear it in the right channel. There is no way to pan something 20 left and 60 right. The panning will either be centered or the focus will be either right or left by a percentage. Until you get 100% panning, there will always be a percentage in the opposite side. I use envelopes for panning and they work on audio as well as midi output. The only way to get the panning setup you describe would be to split a stereo track into 2 separate mono tracks and pan each one as desired.

Hi,How to panning the vsti track to be L(-20) R(+60)? As others have said, its a percentage so if you pan 20% left, then you must be panned 80% right (20%+80% = 100%).
