How to pick nth file in explorer

This guy actually figured out a workaround to pick every nth file in windows explorer. Until Microsoft figures out this useful feature and destroys it, this will make my life easier.

    I'm not sure I would ever need it but a good tip to keep in mind.

    I had an nth file once, but it got corrupted so I deleted it.
