How to remap one VST's MIDI output notes to different input notes on another VST

Greeetings,

Basically, I use GURU for all of my drum programming as a vst plugin within the SONAR host environment (GURU's sequencer is the most flexible step sequencer I've used for live drum sequencing).

GURU has vst midi output capability. I, in turn, use GURU's vst output to drive the MIDI input of other VSTi instruments (e.g. NI Battery, KORE Player, and many others) in Sonar.

Problem:
GURU has 8 MIDI channels(engines), where each channel has 16 drum pads. This makes a total of 128 drum pads that could be independently used for sequencing.  However, for any given GURU MIDI channel, each of the 16 drum pads are always hard wired to a specific range of input MIDI keyboard notes (e.g. C1 -D2#). So these are not MIDI reassignable.

Therefore, what this means is that if I have another VST instrument plugin, like a sampler, that has 61 samples/drum hits mapped across 61 keyboard MIDI keys, and I want to use GURU's MIDI output to drive it, I would only have the ability to trigger only the 16 fixed samples that the GURU pads are hard-wired to on a given midi channel.

I would like to, in summary, be able to inject some MIDI mapper plugin (OR use some SONAR technique -- IS Drum Mapping the Answer???) in between GURU's MIDI output notes and another VST instrument's MIDI input notes, that would let me do something like the following:

a) GURU MIDI Out Channel 1 Pads 1-16 MIDI hard-wired notes ==> Some Process/technique ==> Some Other VSTi's
                                                                                                           input (MIDI notes C0-C1#)

b) GURU MIDI Out Channel 2 Pads 1-16 MIDI hard-wired notes  ==> Some Process/technique ==> Some Other VSTi's
                                                                                                          input (MIDI notes next 16 contiguous notes on the
                                                                                                          MIDI  keyboard)

c) GURU MIDI Out Channel 3 Pads 1-16 MIDI hard-wired notes   ==> Some Process/technique ==> Some Other VSTi's
                                                                                                            input (MIDI notes next 16 contiguous notes on
                                                                                                             the MIDI keyboard)

d) GURU MIDI Out Channel 4 Pads 1-16 hard-wired notes    ==> Some Process/technique ==> Some Other VSTi's input
                                                                                                     (MIDI notes next 16 contiguous notes on the MIDI
                                                                                                     keyboard)......

Essentially, then I would be able to trigger an entire keyboard span of notes of a given vst instrument via GURU's MIDI output via SOME Technique .

If drum mapping one VSTi's midi output to another VSTI's Midi note input is the answer, could someone patiently walk me through the steps to do so, or point me in the right direction? If Sonar does not natively let me do this, does anyone know of a midi plugin that allows the remapping of MIDI notes (not CC#s)?  I have not been that successful in solving this problem.

Also, how does one submit stuff to Sonar tech support, in general? Whenever I try to click on the links to do so, they are broken or refer the user back to the FAQs and forums. Thanks in advance.
