How to remove timing tool from a clip

I don't know if I'm doing something wrong, but when I use the timing tool, it applies a percentage and a yellow line at the bottom of the clip. After I use the timing tool on a clip, you can't use v-vocal on it, and I would like to know how to remove the timing tool from the clip. Also, there has been at least one instance where applying the timing tool to a clip makes the clip sound glitchy, even when I haven't stretched the clip at all. I'm not going to be using the timing tool anymore, but I would like to know how to remove it from clips that I've already used it on. I can't find this information in the help file, and I've searched this forum and not had any luck finding an answer in another thread.

Is this during live playback or when bounced? The live playback method that Sonar uses isn't suitable for most things, but when you bounce the stretched clip down using one of the Izotope algorithms it should sound much better.

That's also how you can v-vocal a stretched clip, just bounce it down first. Then v-vocal it.

I'm not aware of a way to get rid of it.

  Thats easy, you should NOT use the timing tool online(or in real time),so, when you set the tempo and everything its fine with your project, bounce the cilp,you don't have to dismiss the ¨time tool¨, Sonar have a weak algorithm when reproduce stretched clips in real time, but once you apply the process you will not heard artifacts, and can create vocal clips , apply effects etc.
