How to render an automation envelope (Solved)

Hello,
Quick question...I have a track with a volume automation envelope on it. I would like to make the changes permanent and then remove the envelope. Not sure how to do this.

    Bounce to another track, delete the original.

    I always do what Scook says....always save the original..for the most part.
