How to save one Midi track to disk

I sure hope this is a simple issue, but when I have multiple MIDI files in a project,
and I want to save just one of the MIDI tracks to a .mid file, no matter what I
do, it saves all the MIDI tracks together.

I've tried highlighting just the one track before saving, I've tried selected "MIDI Format 0" and MIDI Format 1".

Am I missing something here?

Drag the MIDI clip to the desktop, a file folder or the media browser.

You are welcome. It also works for audio clips too, of course.
