How to send different tracks to different inputs in an effects plugin

Hi,
I just started using Voxengo GlissEQ and I'm trying to get Sonar to send different tracks to different groups in GlissEQ.  Here's my setup:  I have 14 MIDI instruments (small orchestra) set up with Aria Player Multi soft synth so that each instrument is on a different channel in the Aria Player.  Thus each instrument has it's own MIDI track and a corresponding Aria (audio) track.  I am trying to output two of these tracks to GlissEQ on separate channels (or groups as GlissEQ calls them).  I created a bus track and added GlissEQ to it's effects bin.  I then made two sends in the piano and violin track respectively that send to the GlissEQ bus.  Both of these instruments come into GlissEQ in it's first group.  Nothing in the second group.  I also tried eliminating the GlissEQ bus and putting separate instances of GlissEQ in each Aria (audio) track's effects bin.  Same result.  Everything coming into only one group (or channel).  Any help will be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.

I do not have this plug-in but others like it. They require placing an instance of the plug-in on every track being analyzed. The routing is not performed using a bus but from within the plug-in itself using spectrum export/import. The instructions start around p7 of the PDF.

Hi Scook, Thanks for your reply.  I will try setting up my tracks with a separate instance of Aria Player on each one instead of using Aria Player Multi.  I'll see if I can get it to work from there.  Thanks.

Unless I am missing something, this has nothing to do with the synth. The piano and violin audio tracks each need an instance of GlissEQ. Then, (and this is where I have to guess how the plug-in works) one of these instances of GlissEQ needs to export a signal, the other will import. This way the importing plug-in will show both tracks. By sending the piano and violin tracks to a bus, the signal GlissEQ in the bus FX bin gets is already summed.

Hi Scook,  Thanks again.  I got it to work using two instances of Aria Player and two Instances of GLissEQ.  I tried it with only one instance of Aria Player but that didn't work because both tracks (piano and violin) had to be routed to the single Aria Player, so there was only one output from the player to GlissEQ.  I think that's why I couldn't get it to work with Aria Multi which has an audio track for each MIDI track.  With this, I could put a separate instance of GlissEQ on each audio track, but all the audio tracks are routed to the same Aria Player -- again, only one output source to GlissEQ, like a bus.  I was using SPAN which has three inputs that show up in the Sends dialog and can then be routed inside SPAN.  I thought GlissEQ would be the same way.  Oh well.  Thanks for your time.  I appreciate it.

Good news. May want to edit the initial post and add [Solved] to the subject line.

I have similar plugins which are obviously supposed to allow multiple inputs (eg. a sidechain input) into a single instance, but I don't think I've ever managed to get this to work properly with Sonar.

    Sonar Platinum (Newburyport) / Win 8.1 64bit / Focusrite Scarlett 6i6 / Absynth / Kontakt / Play / Superior Drummer 2 / ESP LTD guitar / etc
