How to set up a control surface for GNX4?

I know this a Sonar forum, but my problem is trying to get hands free working with Guitar Tracks Pro 4 for my son. I do not have the Pro Tracks Plus that came with the GNX4, so no .dll for the hands free(I think). If anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated, thanks!!!

Have you asked DigiTech and/or Cakewalk?

No sir I have not yet. I found an article of yours- If you’ve installed PTP, the required control surface DLL was already installed and will show up in Sonar 4 and GT Pro’s Control Surface options. If you haven’t installed PTP but use Sonar 4 or GT Pro, then install and register this DLL as follows: Download the file DigiTechRPX.dll, I guess my question would be where would I find it? I know it's a lot to ask, and I don't mean to bother you, I can try Digi, and Cakewalk, I just thought it should be simple, but we all know how that goes! Thank you for your time, and all the great things you've done!!!

The filename you want is DigiTechRpx.dll. I have it but from a legal standpoint, don't know if it's cool to give it away. A search on the filename showed other people have had this problem, and they solved it by contacting DigiTech tech support. Hopefully they can take care of you as well. If all else fails, check back here.

Once again thank you, I just searched Digitechs website to no avail, so...I can find no way to the dll in question to download it. So it looks like some phone calls are in order, I just didn't think it would be so complicated to obtain this.
I bought a GNX4 when they first came out, sold it years later, then decided it would be great for my son to get his feet wet, so I recently acquired another, but without the software, you can download the X-Edit, the drivers, preset converter, but no luck with what I need, imagine that, lol!
What surprised me is how much I missed the GNX4, sure there are better products, but for what I do, it's wonderful, just missing the one thing... thanks again Mr. Anderton, fingers crossed!!!

Update: I contacted DigiTech support, and within 24 hours they had a GNX4 update to me. However, it did not include the .dll so I'm trying again, and also pinging Cakewalk.
