How to setup X2 conserving X1 environment

Sorry for this eventually stupid question, but I scanned the forum unsuccessfully. Its my first upgrade of a SONAR setup and I am sure that i missed something.

My SONAR X1 Producer Extended setup comprises a couple of extra pro channel plug-ins, up-to-date Rapture, DimPro, Z3TA +2 VSTs etc. with lots of Cakewalk and third party sound banks. Since all of those are in my "Cakewalk" directories I would like to know what the installing process of X2 is going to add, to change, or to delete before I start it.

Can anybody tell me, how to install and setup X2 in this existing X1 without scrambling everything or worse?

Thanks

    Extended = ExPANded

    You can easily do a custom install of X2 and simply exclude the synths/plugins you don't want to install again.

    Make sure you have the necessary paths visible in the Plugin manager so that when X2 scans, it picks up all relevant folders.
