How to split left and right channels

WHen I import a song into sonar, it is stereo. How do I split the left and right channels into it's own track?

    @48/24 & 128 buffers latency is 367 with offset of 38.

    I was recently reminded that there's a checkbox for this in the import dialog.

    SONAR Platinum x64, 2x MOTU 2408/PCIe-424  (24-bit, 48kHz)

    In the Track View there is Tracks drop down menu. Under that select Bounce to Tracks and then in the Channel format field choose Split Mono
