How to split midi clip by pitch?

Hello this may be a simple question.. I hope. I like to loop record my midi drums. I do my kicks, get in a groove do snares, then hi hats etc.. When all said an done I have a clip full of drums sounds. I then need to split them out for arranging, mixing etc.. What is the command called for this? In Logic it is called "Demix by Note Pitch", Cubase it is called Dissolve. Thanks in advance!

That was not clean at all. I selected the clip, ran the cal and it was all over the place. I was expecting nice even clips, midi tracks output to the vst etc.. Oh well maybe next version. Thanks for the quick response I will have to use this for now.

You should have been prompted for an output port and channel which would take care of the assignment to the synth - easily fixed by quick-grouping in any case. And the uneven lengths (to be expected with different drum parts starting and ending at different places) can be addressed this way:
 
- Select all clips and Ctrl+L to convert them to groove clips
- Set a Beats in Clip values appropriately in the Groove Clip section of Clip properties in the Track Inspector
- Slip edit their start and end points together or separately as desired.
 
By making sure all clips are selected at each step, you can perform these operations on all clips simultaneously with a few clicks. And when you're done, the clips are all groove-clipped and ready to arrange/loop across the full project. 
 
I'd be mighty impressed if some other DAW does all this automatically without producing some undesired outcomes in various special circumstances.
 
 
 

If the MIDI drummer you're using has a mixer with solo buttons (AD and EZD both do) just bounce the MIDI track repeatedly, soloing each kit piece separately. It's not quick, but it does the job.
