How to stop audio devices message

Hello All
 
Most of the time I'm composing only with midi, with my midi interface installed instead of my audio/midi interface.
 
I'd like Cakewalk Sonar Studio to stop bugging me every time I start up about their being no audio devices for the current drivers on my system. I know I've done this in the past before a reformat and reload. But I just can't remember how.
 
Can someone help?

    Disable the drivers in Options>Audio>Drivers tab.

    Thanks Chappel. But none of the drivers in there (which are my laptop drivers) are checked. So they already are disabled, I think. There is no general disable drivers option. Am I loooking at the wrong thing?

    Do you have any audio tracks or buses in your projects? Is the metronome set to audio? If you have a track or bus that doesn't have an output because there are no audio drivers enabled you might get a message similar to the one you're getting.

    Are you starting out with a template? If so, which one?

    THis happens when I start up Cakewalk by clicking the Cakealk icon, not even opening a project yet. "There are no audio devices for the current driver model on your system. Please go to Options/Audio and choose a different driver model." Cakewalk will not continue to launch until I click okay.
     
    And when I go to Options/Audio none of the Realtex drivers from my laptop are selected and since I don't have my Tascam 1641 connected, of course those driversdon't appear either.
     
    It's annoying.

    Why don't you have your Tascam 1641 connected? Might that solve your problems if you leave it connected?

    So you have no buses or audio tracks in these projects? The metronome is set to Midi?

    Would it be possible for you to post screencaps of ALL the tabs in your audio options? That might cut out a lot of guesswork and increase the chances of you getting specif and useful advice.

    You would be better off to use your Audio/MIDI interface. After all, what's the point of the MIDI only interface?
