How to transfer plugin custom presets to a new computer?

How to transfer plugin custom presets to a new computer?

Got a new computer, installed Sonar and all my other 3rd party plugins. How do I transfer all my old, custom presets that I have acquiered over the years for all my plugins?
Any help would be appreciated. Could just start all over but, a lot of those presets are specific to certain songs from the past.

    Use the plugin manager.

    Intel i7-4790K, Win7 Pro, 16GB Ram

    Paul G - Thanks. I think I get it. I exported the presets and will try transferring them to the new computer tommorrow.
