How to turn off Skylights Snap Docking?

Does anyone know "How to turn off Skylights Docking" windows? So that I can move them freely around and they don't dock to multidock, or side bottom etc.?

Right click on a TAB in the multidock, click undock.

Or are you looking for some global undock option to undock all views ?
Don't know that one.
. . . but most views are undockable, and can be turned into floating windows, by finding the undock button.

You can't turn it off, but if you hold down the control key while dragging windows, they won't dock.
