How to use sample sounds

Hi 
 
I have lot of different sounds (in the form of MP3) recorded in studio.
I want to use these sounds in my projects. I like to add them some were and us them with the help of step sequencing or some other way.
Please help.

    just drag and drop them on a track at the timeline where you want them to be used in the sequencer.

    or you can use DROPZONE to trigger mp3s using MIDI.  I don't remember if dropzone is still incuded with SHS7 or not.
