How to work whit track in Home studio 2004

Hello
 
I have a question
I have cakewalk home studio 2004
and I have always working whit this prograam only to make a wave and mp3
 
Now I wil working whit tracks
I wil play de song from my keyboard and then i wil sie the tracks
How can i see the tracks and how must i working whit the tracks
 
this is for me the first time that I wil do this
 
I hope you can read my wrhiting then I'm from Holland, and my englisch is not verry best
 
I hope somewone can answer my question

    are you trying to record MIDI or AUDIO from your keyboard?

    I try to record multipad whit midi
    and then i most take tracks away
    so that de multipad can play in a other keyboard from me
    I have two keyboards
