When I blend my ninjas, I make sure to set it to Frappe. I mean, you don't want any big pieces left, if you know what I mean. Granted, it's a little difficult getting them all inside, but if you cover the top with a realistic image of a Shaolin temple, they practically throw themselves in there. You may have to sacrifice some goons to "guard" the entrance. This helps the ninjas feel that this is a goal worth attaining. It's also the reason you have goons in the first place, isn't it?
Make sure you put the lid on first so the ninjas don't splatter all over the room.

You guys are a cut up. Smoothie humour at it's best. And actually, no they are not that quiet. 1100 watts on the engine. Ho Ho Ho Ho Ho (in my best Tim the toolman voice)
Gear: A bunch of stuff.
