    I don't have a yard, I have a veranda.

    It's much more impressive.  That's not to say that having 3 feet isn't impressive.

    It's just tthat when it comes down to it area, aspect and outlook are more important considerations.

    Did I ever mention I can see Paul McCartney's studio from my veranda?
