Good stuff.

The percussion seems a bit flat... I'd enjoy a bit more dynamics... fatter bass, crisper hits.

When the synths kick in on the chorus the tone is to competitive with the vocals. Cut some EQ down in the low mids and float up some high end in the chorus synths.

I think these are small details though... overall I think it's a good mix.

best regards,
mike

Pretty cool!! Not a big fan of the drum sound though...The vox seems kinda dry and when the synth comes in, it interferes with the vocals making them almost disappear or sound jumbled ...

All things given, nice!!

Peace!!

Same as above.  The synth is interfering with the vocals.  But nice job really!  I think youre on the right track, no pun intended.

I actually think that, once the extra instuments kick in after :45, the mix sounds pretty close to perfect.  Before that point, however, the synth can barely be heard above the vocals.  The drums also sound s bit flat, but I can't offer much advice there as I rarely use percussion.  Great sounding song!

The drum (or drumloop) is too lo-fi and isn't the solid foundation it should be.
The auto-tune vocal is not my taste and ruins a nice/pleasant song. I'd prefer to hear singing in tune with better timing.
The overall idea of the arrangement is quite good. If the drums were crisp, the auto-tune were stripped out, add a proper bassline, clean up all the loops and sing in tune and in time, this track would be beautiful.

Thanks,

The vocals are way too loud and sound like it's a vocal track on top of a beat rather than part of the same song.

The pad that plays throughout the song needs to be wider and surrounding the vocal.

When all the instruments come in, all the instruments are conflicting with each other. It sounds like a stampede. They need to be eq'd to blend in better, or panned off to the sides (piano on one side, keys to another, etc.)

Need a song, demo or album mixed to sound great? Why waste weeks or months learning how to mix when I'm sure you'd rather spend your time writing songs and performing gigs? I can mix your tracks so that they sound fantastic. My rates are very affordable. Send me a PM to find out more.
