Hualla Chica

A song inspired by the Atlantis/Pan Flute sound in the Korg M1. First time mixing down with X2!

I bought my M1 in 1990, and I've used that sound on many songs as well as the Shakuhachi sample.  It's nice to hear the M1 pan flute again after so long.  Your tune is very melodic and pleasant to listen to.  It would be a nice song in a video or film clip, or just to relax to.  You did a very nice job on the production.  Welcome to the forum, and I hope to hear more from you.

    All the best,
    Lynn

Very nice zybermark. The Korg M-1 was my first serious instrument way back when. I have the software versions of M-1/Wavestation now. Love the sounds in it. The thing I like about the M1 is that it  comes with some decent ready made combinations that fit well with only minor adjustments needed in certain songs and it is light on the cpu....anyways enough of my long windedness here....nice work.

Mark  this is a very nice listen, enjoyed the depth of your M1 performance and your mix sounds wonderful even in the headphones with my notebook.    Loved the journey,  keep up the stellar work and thanks for sharing this one!

I love this stuff, and this is no exception... very nice.   I'm drifting away... and that's what I like about it.
Very tastefully arranged, just the right amount of ambience.  Ready for Windham Hills or Narada.  One of the better ambient tunes I've heard hear lately.

    Thanks Marcus and Daryl!

A soothing tune that makes you drift away... I had to fight the drifting away once the song started to near completion, just so I could finish it! Craziest thing!

@darylcrowley - I have always had a hard time figuring out the genre for my tunes, you would classify this one as ambient?
