Very nice. The Vox could be about 1 or 2db louder, IMO. They are too good to bury like that. The bass guitar could use just a tad definition. Maybe try boosting 2-2.5KHz by a db or so. Just to add a tad of clack.

Good ideas Bapu. Glad you liked it. EQ is my weak point.. I was so focused on muddy sounds and doubling of frequencies. I'll try a boost where you said on the bass. And raise the vox a tad. Did the song appear low in volume to any of you? Not that I can do much about it. I don't want the wav to be a solid brick.....did my cheapo master trick. It works.

Love the guitars! Snare needs crack. Maybe make them sound like they are in a room. Lead vocals need edge. Add 5 db 5k and 3 db 10K. Toms are lost. Love the attitude!

GREAT tune! You have a lot going on in this mix but it all sounds great on my end. KUDOS on your vocal delivery. Guitar performance and tones sound great. My only nit would be what RIMSHOT said about the snare. I'm OK with the snare choice but it seems a bit muddy. I would EO it a different way. Maybe lose some of the mid range and add some high end. GREAT job/mix! Kev

i also found the kick drum and bass to be heavy in the 60hz area...gonna fix that. reduce some of that low end and things will shine through better. I played with it last night a bit. i'll re post when i fix the mix...thanks guys

I dont know if i made it better or worse..the vocals are up a bit. and I tried my best to eq out some mud...and the kick drum was a mess. I want people to play it with bass boost on and not have that overpower in certain bass regions... www.reverbnation.com/enemyofearth I C Dumb People

You kind people have shaped me into this form. Without me knockin your noodles, I would plain suck. Glad you like it..really happy... I had no trouble with the mixing of the music, but when it came to vocals I had trouble getting every word in a range where it could be understood. I used some compression when I recorded it, and just an eq and de-esser. Took me two weeks of failed attempts to get the vocals anywhere near where they are. Thx again. Can't wait to sing the next three.

... i must admit i was a bit sceptical at first. Not sure about the donald-duckish "i see dumb ppl" phrase, matter of taste i guess. But something is happening arond 3.00 in the song, and its happening in a good way, where the song is expanding with more voices and intense guitar work. So... as listnening the second time.. yea, great song. And no, it is not low in overall volume. Fairly well balanced between the "lighter" intro and heavier late part. Cheers.
