Sounded good Doug! One crit though. I would crop out the guitar tracks until they actually start playing to get rid of the pickup buzz. I liked the song though. The mix sounded nice, and the harmonies really sounded good during the chorus. Nice job!

Hey, your vocal sounds much better here than it ever has before. You've been practicing. You're making me look bad. (Not that it would take much!) Good job man. Bill

eph221 - Thanks for your comments and for listening. What It is has to remain mysterious - it's personal. Leadfoot - Thanks for your kind comments - and good ears on hearing the pickup buzz at the beginning - I'll take that out. Wayfarer - Thanks for liking my song. I try to sing and play everyday - hoping to get better at it.

Might be due to my gear but it all sounds a bit muggy here, that said the song is great sorta 60ish. If poss take a look at the mid range, and separate the mix a bit so the vocal is better. Great stuff though Steve

I like this song!! You have I think the perfect voice for your songs. A good match of tone and material. Leadfoot called it first, the unmuted guitar buzz stuff. For me, so much is depending on the two panned rhythm guitars, and I hear where they R and L side are not matching in rhythm, and then they don't match the drums. It creates a lurching effect that honestly most listeners might not even recognize, just picky old farts such as yours truly! Maybe solo the drums and just the left side guitar. Edit to death, making the strum hits fit the drums. Then mute left guitar, bring up the right. Lather, rinse, repeat. OR, just live with it and move on with your life! It's not a deal-breaker. Looking forward to your album, actually! cheers, -Tom

Like Tom I am hearing something not quite right in the timing, nice enough tune and the vocals fit with it.

SupaReels Music - Thanks for your comments and critiques. You think it's too mid-rangey - interesting. emeraldsoul - Thanks for you kind comments. Oh my lord, that would be quite a project to edit the rhythm guitars like that - I'll have to think about it It's good enough for a demo version, but you're right in that it's not quite there, regarding the groove of the song. Wookiee - Thanks for giving my song a listen.
