I Don't Even Know Yet (MRI live recording)

live studio recording done for an internet radio show.  there's a lot of bleed, some room electric wiring polarity issues, and some bumping into mics so the mix is what it is. artistic song though w/ two contrasting yet complementary parts. no vox harmonies; just some delay, a slightly overdriven Blue Tube Pre-amp & stereo reverb plate on my vocals. since we're only a 3-piece, to make for a more enriched sound i'm using an interesting open guitar tuning i made up: Esus2/add9 chord (E,B,E,F#,B,E). any guitar heads out there feel free to try it.

    For a live studio recording, this really packs a punch.  That's not easy to do because I've tried it myself a few times.  By now, I hope you know, I'm a fan of your music and how prolific you are.  Your lyrics are some of the best I hear on a consistent basis.  Just for once, I wish you'd mix the vocals a notch or two louder than you think they need to be.  That's the only suggestion I can think of to elevate your music to the next level.  Still, this is terrific stuff.
