I paid for Platinum in one lump sum,  and I must admit that this seems to be working out a lot better than I thought.

I know they haven't committed to it guaranteed monthly release,  but it's nice that it has been. Having some predictability about the release is reassuring and helpful I you are planning some system housework. If they had a bigger inclusion that wasn't going to be ready on time, I'm not sure if I'd prefer a delay of the update of  say a week, or a bigger delay to the one item (to next the months)and that the updates to be kept regular. I guess this question is more important to a user if the fix or improvement directly effects you. I guess they are currently making decisions to items that aren't going to make it in time.

There was a mini release (back in February I think) that benefited a large group of users (I forget which), that was reassuring the monthly fix wasn't a complete priority which was reassuring of the process.

Actually, we're looking for more beta testers that we effectively pay.

16 hours a month - what's the minimum wage in Boston?
Still the testers will more or less get to train themselves into learning the product better. So it's a deal if you are up for improving yourself, and getting to understand QA techniques.

Hmmm... Platinum paid up front is just over $16 a month (199/12), so around a dollar an hour?
